This window has an Entrygard Truth Model R30842.
The arm is OK, but the spindle that the handle attaches to is just spinning.
Where can I buy a replacement?

Hey there!

It sounds like your operator is stripped which means you'll need a new one. Can you show us a photo of the window open? We'd like to see a clear shot of the whole operator assembly.

Thanks so much! Your operator looks like a match for the 39-031 or 39-155, depending on the length of the link arm. Take a look at the specifications and see which one matches up best.
