Casement window crank mechanism worn out

Question

We have a pair of 25" W x 50" H casement windows where the right side window crank is too worn to open and close the window.  The crank handle easier comes off. You can see the gears have worn out. The arm extending out from the mechanism is at least 12" long. We are looking to order the correct replacement crank assembly based on the attached photos.

Thanks for posting. I suspect you might need our 39-013. This has a straight arm of 13-1/2" length. See the diagram below. Get a precise measurement of your existing operator arm to confirm this matches what you need. For a new handle, see the 39-114L or folding 39-205, sold separately.
