Casement window crank replacement

Good morning,
I'm looking to replace this crank due to the gears are wearing, and the window no longer opens. I can't figure out which plate I need. Thx

Thanks for posting. See our 39-155 Dual-Arm Operator to start. Just make sure the length of the link arms matches what you have. Let us know if anything differs. For new handles and covers, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.
