I have a Crestline bay window and one of the side windows will no longer operate. No issue cranking window open but it won't close as it should.

Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like your operator is stripped. We can help but we'll need more information. Can you open the window and show us the arms that move the window sash?

Thank you! I recommend looking at the 39-031 & 39-032 as well as the 39-155 & 39-156. The important difference between these parts is the length of the link arm, as shown below. Review the specifications and see how they compare with your old assembly.
