Casement window crankcase

Question

I have attached pictures of the casement window crankcase that needs replacing. It is an Entry Gard Truth 3084IL which I believe corresponds with Swisco part 39-031 and 39-032. I could not obtain an exact measurement for the long arm but it appears to be 10" and the short arm is 4 1/16". Will you be able to confirm this, please?

I agree that your operator resembles the 39-031 but the length of the link arm measures 4-7/16" as shown below.

We also offer the smaller 39-155 Caradco operator but the shorter link arm measures 3-13/16" long. I would recommend double-checking your dimensions to confirm if one of these operators could work for your repair.

It also looks like the base of your hinge is bent. See our 36-048 set with a 10" base as a possible replacement. Thank you!
