Casement window cranks

Question

Need both left and right crank assembly.  I think the windows were made by Optimum, at least that was the name of the company they were installed by.  Thank you for any help you can provide.

I believe this an old GU Operator that is no longer made, but you might be able to replace it with our 39-316. The video below shows how.
