The arm says Del Mar Toronto. Casements haven't been opened in years, and I'd love to replace hardware and get them fixed. Any guess as to what parts you might have to replace? Thanks!

Hello,

Your photos resemble the 39-317 at first glance. We also offer the 39-318 opposite-handed version and the 39-205 folding handle used with both operators.

If you need new hinges as well, you can start by looking over the 36-048 set with a 10" base. Thanks for posting!

I finally ordered the parts you recommended and then realized I need some sort of stud to connect the arm from part 39-317- is there a specific part you could recommend? Also, do you know about a recommendation for replacing the sliding mechanism that locks the window? It's a DIY adventure... thanks

It's tough to make out in your photos, but it looks like your brackets may attach to the bottom of the sash frame. If so, take a look at the 39-513 and 39-514.

If you need new window locks as well, we would need to see photos of yours uninstalled to compare to our inventory.

I think the stud bracket does on the sash like you said there were holes underneath the window itself and it looks like the crank arm would connect there.
I am grateful for your help so far- I attached the best pictures I could for window lock.
