I have a 1992 Viceroy home that has several casement window hardware issues. I want to ensure i get the right hardware to replace them . Viceroy has no Website , so I am hoping you can help me. See photos above

Thanks for reaching out! Your original operator is no longer available. We have replaced your operator in the past with something like the 39-365 9-1/2" Single Arm Operator along with the 39-504 track.
I wonder if you could also use the 39-381 Casement Window Dyad Operator with a bracket like the 39-548 Truth Stud Bracket. This operator also uses the 39-107 cover or the 39-107FK cover and handle kit. I am not sure of the length of the "link" arm in your operator but you'll need to be especially to sure to compare that.
To determine if either of these might work for your repairs, take a look over each of their dimensions and design. There are also a few videos tagged below for your review.
