Casement window hinge replacement

I need the correct part number to replace my hinges for a rollout casement window. It's 10" long.

Hello,

If the hinges are all you need, see the 36-048 set with a 10" base. 

If you need new operators as well, take a look and compare the 39-036 to your assembly. For a new handle and cover, we offer the 39-107FK. Thanks for posting.
