Casement window lock/latch

Hello,
One of our casement windows no longer locks/seals tightly on the top latch. Unfortunately, we do not know what brand our window is. We see that the window was manufactured sometime in Aug 2002 based on the tag inside the glass.

Would you happen to have any replacement latches for our window? We uploaded two photos of the latches.
