Casement window opening mechanism

Hello: I have an older window that does turn to left or right, but the gears only turn to open and not engage to reverse and close the casement window.

The handle indicates: Truth

outer case for handle: Caradco

Long arm to window: Entry Gard Truth

Short arm to window: 20755

Hello Shawn! Your operator looks similar to our 39-155 and 39-156, but you should review our dimensions to be sure. We also sell the 39-107 cover and 39-114L handle, if you needed them.
