Thank you. This is a very, very old style operator that unfortunately hasn't been made in a long time. The only products we sell that might work are our 39-365 and 39-366, along with a new 39-504 track. However these will likely need to be retrofit to work with the older window. At minimum, new holes will need to be drilled for installation. In extreme scenarios you may need a new sill trim to accommodate the new style of the base. 

If you're handy, I do believe these parts will work, but it won't be a simple 1:1 project. You should be prepared for that.
