Window bracket is permanently attached to the arm

I believe your operator is an older version of our 39-315 operator with the oval type base. As for the sash bracket 39-546, these type of brackets have a "snap-stud" which you would have to "pry" the operator arm off with a flat blade screwdriver. Take a look at the parts suggested to see if they match up to yours.
