Casement window operator

A handy person from Austin, TX says:
Need a replacement right handed operator, 9" arm. Photos of similar window operator attached. Another similar operator has a tag JEL-N-555, but this is a different window (same window type and build) in the house. I actually only need the roller on the end of the arm, if that's repalceable. The roller is so mashed up, it constantly falls out of the track.

Maybe it's a left handed one I need. From inside the house, the armature extends left from the crank.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hello! Your operator looks like an older version of our 39-412. This has a similar design to your original, right down to the offset in the arm. Look it over and see what you think. The roller at the end of the arm is unfortunately not sold separately,

We also sell the opposite side, the 39-413, if you needed it.
