Casement window over 20 years old

A purchasing agent from Springfield, Il says:
The only numbers I see are on the right window. I need parts 4 the LEFT window. The numbers I see are 31538 and 30744.

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid I'm not entirely certain which parts you need, as those numbers can be cross-referenced with a number of parts. If you need a new casement lock, take a look at our 38-144. You will need to carefully compare to your old casement lock to see if it's a match. If you need a new hinge set, see if our 36-048 is what you need. If you need a new casement operator, we will need to see it out of the window with the link arm(s) in full view. If you need new glazing bead, we will need to see a picture of its 'end profile'.
