Hello,

We don't have an exact match for this operator, but you may be able to substitute with our 39-387 and 39-388

Please note that you will have to reverse the clip at the end of the link arm. This can be done simply by popping it off with a slotted screwdriver. 

The arm dimensions may also be a little different, but I measured them together and the sum total comes out to 7-7/8" from the center of the gear to the end of the link arm.

As for the other parts in your photos, see the 38-090 locking handle, as well as the 36-048 hinge set. Thanks for posting!
