Casement window several parts need replacing 1/2

Question

Casement bay windows: some are hard to open, possibly due to cleaning and needing lubricant. Others dont open or close well due t parts. Please can you send me your links for the latches and operators and whatever else you see in the pics which I might need ????
I will be sending another bath of pics after this since there is a 5 pic limit

Thanks for reaching out to us. The operators remind me of the 39-027E and 39-028E. The arm is 9-1/2" long when measured from the gear's center to the roller's center. As for the hinge and casement lock, start by taking a look at the 36-048 and 38-036. We recommend you review the specifications for the mentioned parts and compare them with yours to see if they match up. When it comes to the hinges, we suggest replacing the top and bottom at the same time.
