It looks like your casement window needs a complete overhaul. Take a look at the 39-365 operator that uses the 39-504 undermount track. Your window looks like it uses an undermount track.
As for the hinge, take a look at the 36-004-10. This is the type of track used by most casement window manufacturers.
As for your window locks, it might be best to use a more typical type of lock, like the 38-075, along with the 38-089 keeper. This job can get a little involved. Take a look at all the related hardware and videos on the website to assist you.
