Hello and thank you for reaching out to us. Starting off with your tilt latch, see both our 26-243 and 26-244. You want to make sure that the style of your "locking tooth" matches up with ours. For your double coil support, our 15-150D should do the trick. These can be used with the Series 160 coil springs. There should be some sort of stamping or marking on the spring. I was not able to see one in the photos. However, if there is please get back to us with that information. If there are no markings, we will need for you to reply back with the exact weight of your window sash. Thank you.

A contractor from Elizabethtown ky says:
No markings that I can see Weight of sash is 18.2 #. 10 windows=40 springs. 20 - 15150D. 6-26-244. 6-26-243.

Great. Then you can go with the S160-5 and the S160-3 coil springs. Take a look and let us know of there is anything else we can do for you.
