The label on the side of the window frame indicates

Thanks for posting, and for your pictures. I'm not sure what your question is, though. Did you need new tilt latches? If so, see our 26-317. These may be what you're looking for.

Hi- Also have CertainTeed windows installed in 1995. Looking for replacement sash vent latches like what previous poster showed for my double hung windows. Thank you.

The vent latch shown in the photos above appears very close in design to our 26-148. Could this be the part you need? Review its dimensions and see what you think.
