need to replace the very bottom bracket the longest one on the very bottom I think its the hinge arm what do you recommend for a CertainTeed window approximately 14 years old.

This looks like either the 39-253LB or the 39-438B. The difference between these two very similar operators is described in the video below. If you needed a new hinge set for this window, see our 36-048.

Sorry I wasn't clear on what I was needing. I need the very bottom arm. See attached pic. It has a part number on it but not sure if that means anything. Thank you

Ah, that would be the hinge, which I mentioned as being a possible match to our 36-048 in my previous message. Take a look and see how the dimensions compare. Thank you!
