Certainteed Broken Window Part

Need to replace (3) of these Certainteed window parts (sorry don't know what they are called). Do you have those and what is the cost? Can they be put back in these windows? Not sure of that either.

The vent latch 26-148 has a "metal hook" and ours has a spring (as shown in our photo). Would that make a difference?
