Our window crank was broken recently when someone tried to break into the house by pulling on the window. The window was originally installed in 1994, and the installer says they cannot find replacement parts now. I don't have model or serial numbers. Can you help?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your operator is stripped, which means you'll need a new one. Can you push the window open and show us the arms that move the window sash? We can narrow down your options once we see that.

Perfect, thank you! I recommend you have a look at the 39-031 and 39-155. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match for your hardware.
