Due to corrosion, I must window crank on several casement windows. Although I'd prefer OEN, please suggest a suitable replacement part.

The casement operator you have here resembles either the 39-253RB or 39-439B Encore Dual Arm Operator. To confirm which of these is the right replacement, you'll need to compare the differences between the two. Take a look at the video tutorial for reference.
