Description in photo. Is the matching part 39-253RB. Does the cover come off of the older models 2001. If not what is the cover part #.

Hello there. Yes, this could definitely be the 39-253RB. Just make sure it's not the 39-439B instead, which is identical except for the design of the shoe at the end of the straight arm. See the video below. In either case, for a lot of older versions the cover is not removable. So you'll need the 39-376 or 39-452, depending on the style you prefer.
