Certainteed pivot shoe prevents window from fully closing.

I purchased Pivot Shoe, 9/16" Thick 15-129. However now the window will not shut enough to lock. Is there a shorter shoe you would recommend?

Thanks for posting. Did the 15-129's dimensions, particularly the width and thickness, match those of your original pivot shoe? See the specifications below. If it differs in any way, let us see your original pivot shoe. Many thanks.
