Thank you for reaching out to us. Your pivot shoe appears to be very thick. I can't promise we'll have a match but I'm going to consult one of our senior experts. We'll reach back out ASAP. 

We have the 15-192 CertainTeed pivot shoe, which is 1-1/4" wide and 7/8" thick. Take a look and see how the dimensions compare with yours.

Note that the S170 and S171 springs (sold separately) are screwed to the side of the pivot shoe, so you'll have to replace the springs. Can you confirm the number stamped on the old spring? If there isn't one, we will need you to weigh the window sash and tell us the precise weight to determine the proper spring weights.

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry, but we have to backtrack on our suggestion. The problem is that the coil spring cover for the S170/S171 balances is discontinued, and your old cover won't be compatible. 

It looks like the best we can offer from our inventory is the 15-259 pivot shoe and Series 159 coil springs, but there's a good chance it may not work. The video below goes over the replacement details, along with the needed additional parts that are sold separately.
