I just bought a house, and there are several old champion double hung windows that need their spiral tilt balance and break system replaced. I am not sure what year they were installed, and there don't seem to be any product numbers on these parts that I removed.
There are also foam inserts that help hold the bottom of the spiral tilt balance in place. I'm not sure if these are necessary or not.
The window stops are also pretty warped, and I'd like to replace those too. I'm not sure if window stop is the correct name, but they keep the lower sash from going all the way up and cover holes I made to remove the brakes.
I included pictures with what I believe to be the following measurements:
Spiral Tilt Balance
- 26 3/4"H x 7/16" diameter
Brake
- 1 1/4"W x 2"H x 7/16"D
Foam Insert:
- 1 1/4"W 1/2"H x 9/16"D (at edges)
- central jut is 3/4" long, and makes the depth 11/16"
Window Stop
- face: 1 3/8"W x 3"H
- grooves: 7/8" at outside of grooves, 5/8" at inside of grooves
Can you point me to what parts these are?

Hello,
Take a look at our 3/8" diameter S900-27 spiral balance and 26-139 aligner. As for your pivot shoe, we do not carry anything with 7/16" depth but take a look at our 15-046 and double-check and see if the dimensions might be a match.
Lastly, we carry the 55-043 sash stop but if this doesn't work for you, you may want to try contacting the manufacturer or a local hardware store for assistance. Thank you!
