Hello,

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-177, which uses the S152 coil springs. The style of the coil springs differs from yours but it shouldn't be a problem as long as the dimensions match your original hardware. Thanks for posting!

A quick learner says:
Swisco,

How then does the coil spring attach/mount to the pivot shoe w/o a lip? The S152-9 has a v shape and a hole but no bend at the end. Also, what does "F" imprinted on the coil indicate?

Thank you.

The S152-9 would attach to the side of the 15-177 shoe with the 33-072 screw. The F on your coil could indicate that it is a 6-pound coil but one 6-pound coil on each side would not support the sash weight you've provided. For that reason, you would need the S152-9 for each side to support 18 pounds.
