Champion double hung slider/tilt/pivot part

Question

These sliders are plastic and older.  When tilting to clean, a few of them have broken.  Now they are difficult to slide up/down, and one won't hold in place.  One part slides all the way to the bottom of window and won't stay in place.

Please review the style of the 15-177 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 152 coil springs. Compare the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!

If you are in need of new springs, you will need to match up the number on the original coil to determine the correct weighted option. If there are no markings, please provide the weight of the window sash for additional assistance.
