Champion window parts

Question

My wife was clean our windows and it broke.  It appears one of the pins broke and on the same side the thing it attaches to(I think it's called the shoe?) Is broken too. And the pin on the opposite side is bent. Can you help me?

Thanks for reaching out! Your shoe looks like it could be our 15-177. Look over the dimensions and compare it to you existing hardware to confirm this is the right fit.

The compatible coil springs for this shoe are the Series 152 coil balance springs. To determine which one you'll need, check for a stamp/marking that might indicate the spring strength you'll need.

In regard to the pivot bar, take a look at the 26-226 and compare it to your pivot bar to confirm that this is the right replacement.
