I am in need of a sliding shoe that holds the pivotal pin

We are happy to help with this. To start, we need to see photos of the hardware removed from the window. We will also need detailed measurements of each piece to help us narrow down which replacement pieces to suggest.

Champion window. I need the sliding shoe or the lead grommet to hold the pin. I don't think I really need the spring band.

This Pivot Shoe looks like it might be our 15-177. This shoe uses our Series 152 Coil Springs; but if your original springs are undamaged then you need to only replace the shoe. Let us know if you have any other questions.
