Thanks for reaching out to us. The part shown here is called a coil support. We don't sell a direct match for yours, so we'll need more information. Can you upload photos of the pivot shoe? 

Yes, thank you! The 15-177 comes to mind but we recommend you remove it to confirm the specifications align. The Series 152 coil springs are sold separately, and you'll have to make a cut out in the window track if there isn't one already. 

The 15-143 bushing, 15-144 bushing cap, and 15-145 support barrel are the coil spring supports. Note that these parts aren't handed.
