Window Balance Replacements and Other Parts

I'm trying to identify this Chanel balance. The metal of the balance is 32" long and it is similar to the SERIES 351 CHANNEL BALANCE I see on your website burn i want to be sure the top attachment and shoe attachment is correct before ordering.

Sorry, The balance metal is 32 1/2" not 32" also here are more pictures of the other parts I need.

Thanks for contacting SWISCO. This looks like either the Series 351 or Series 390 Channel Balance. The only difference between the Series 351 and Series 390 is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. The Series 351 bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1", whereas the Series 390 bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1-1/8". Below are the dimensions of each respective shoe. Compare with your old balances and see what you think matches best.
Once you know what Series your balance belongs to, you should select a length of 33 inches. Your stamp option of 3210 is for a window sash weight range of 8 through 13 lbs. If you want to be sure this is correct, weigh your window sash to see if it falls within this weight range.
As for the other parts you have pictured, take a look at the 16-002 Take Out Clip. For the Top Sash Guides, take a look at our 18-110B, but compare the dimensions with your old parts first to be safe.
