Chanel and shoe questions

Question

I belive i have a series 795 channel balance and a amesburytruth 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe, Open Cam.
My question is with the length i need to order we with the balance. Is it the overall length with the hardware or is it just the channel? Its marked with a 14 but the length of the channel is 15" so i just want to clarify.

Hello,

I agree that your balance resembles the S795-15. If you require the 15-195B open cam shoe, you'll need to purchase them as well and follow the video below to swap out the stock shoes with closed cams.

Since your stamp code doesn't match our strength options, you'll need to weigh your sash to determine which option you'll need. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight. Thanks for posting!
