Change crank on current window

Home Owner from Canada
I am renovating my kitchen, and I had a new awning window put in, but we didn't consider the interference of the crank with our faucet. I was wondering if I can buy a replacement cover for the crank mechanism on the window and a new crank.
I have a couple different thoughts. One is to use a twist/T handle crank with a new cover plate. The other option would be to replace my right-hand crank with a left-hand crank, as that might allow more clearance, but again with a new cover plate.
Please let me know what information you need for sizing etc.
Thanks

Hey there. You might have a few options, but to find out, could you send photos of the existing operator? We need to see it in its entirety, including the arm(s) that move the window. A bird's eye view with the window open would be great. That way I can narrow down exactly what you have, and therefore what you can use for the crank handle.

Here are a few pictures. We would just replace the crank mechanism if that is the only option. But since the crank itself sort of folds and nests into the cover plate, the cover plate would always have this little notch on the left side if we only changed the crank. That's not the end of the world, but it might be nice to replace the cover plate as well if possible.

That'll suffice, thanks. See if the operator matches the 39-239C Awning Operator. If so, the 39-375 or 39-451 Cover and Handle Kits will work here.
