Thanks for reaching out! Your window balance can be replaced with the S795-32 Channel Balance but the replacements will need to have the 15-198 Balance Clip Attachment, given the shape of the installation hole at the top of the window.

I'm happy to provide you with an order link for the balances but I'll need to know the stamp from the balance to confirm the correct replacement. I'll also need to know how many you're looking to order; the quantity minimum is (2).

The shoe you have is the 15-194 1" wide T-Lock Balance Shoe. It is sold separately from the balances but they are fairly easy to swap out. Take a look at the video tutorial below for reference.
