Channel Balance Shoe

Thanks for posting. I'm afraid I'm not quite sure what it is you're asking for. A channel balance shoe is specifically the attachment at the bottom of the metal channel. What you're showing us in the picture is a Top Sash Guide. Top Sash Guides fit into the top of the window sash and keep the channel balance in place during operation. If this is what you need to replace, we don't have an exact match, but our 18-171 is a possible replacement. It has a taller 'head' than your old guide, however, so you'll need to cut the head down to ensure it fits beneath the sash rail.

I also don't know what you mean by clips, but if you mean the Take-Out Clips that help you remove the balances, see our 16-002

Using 3350 Channel Balance. Need to replace shoe on window. Also need clips. Can you identify appropriate part? Thanks. OD on channel balance that shoe needs to accommodate is 18mm.
