So basically, I work for a school and a lot of the windows are needing a replacement channel balance. The height of the windows are all the same, so I am assuming the length of 31" should be the same all throughout. Just wondering if I should up the weight rating if ordering new?

I am not sure how many I will need. I was hoping to order a few to try out first, or is that not a great idea, since they are custom?

Also, am I able to order some with higher weight ratings?

If all your windows are the same size, then it's reasonable to assume that the balances are the same, too. You may want to double check just in case.

It's up to you how many you want to get. What I'll do now is email you a purchase link for two, which is our minimum. You can decide what you want to do from there.

There are multiple weight ratings for this size balance. 3150 is on the high end, but there are stronger springs. You have to tell me exactly what you need though; the balances in question should have their stamps printed on the metal channel, just like the one you already showed me.

Sorry I lost contact with you. At this point, I think my quote may have expired. Please let me know how we can proceed.

I'd like to stick to the same 3150. Could you put 10 on the quote to start out, we'll give them a try and go from there.

Also, are they $34.50 for the pair or just one balance?

Thanks for getting back to us. I'll send you a new quote for 10 balances. The price will be reduced since a quantity of 10 pushes it into bulk price discount territory.

Please note that the price given is per balance, not for everything.

I apologize, but could we revise the current quote one last time?

I was able to get a better count and understanding of our current balances on lengths and ratings.

Each balance seems to have the same ends as the one I initially emailed about. I am hoping to add a couple others to the quote.

So essentially:

4 - 31 5 instead of the 10

10 - 32 9

8 - 32 2

Let me know if you need any other info.

Also, I attached a photo of a metal window stopper thingy. Do you have any info on this piece? If they are available for a good price, you can put 25 on the quote.
