Thanks for posting! We do not sell the jamb liner springs, unfortunately. Since this appears to be a wood window, you'll need to contact a local millwork to see if they can get you set up with replacements. I do apologize that we cannot be of assistance with this part of the repair.

The shoe you have here appears to be the Caradco Friction shoe which is part 15-104 on our website. Carefully review the dimensions and compare them to your existing latch to confirm if this might be the replacement you'll need.
