Channel Balance 1/2 inch

I need 2 new channel balances and can't quite figure out what part matches. The brand is IWC (Internatioal Window Co.) The length is 27 inches (just the metal). The markings on the side are 26 4 EU CMC 2. Can you please help by letting me know which of your parts is a match? Thank you!

Hi there!
Sure, we can certainly help with this. Our S390-27 or S351-27 with the 2640 option would be my picks depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine which Series is best for the job.

Thanks so much, this is so helpful!! One more question. I am not sure what weight I should go with. Is there a place to find this information or a way to make an estimate?

The 26 4 stamp on the metal channel means you would want to select the 2640 strength option. A pair of balances with this stamp will carry a sash weighing 19 to 26 pounds but you can always weigh your window sash to confirm.
