I would like to order an entire new 28 inch channel balance with the exact inside fittings as shown in the 2 pictures (if possible). The windows are 22 years old. All other channel balances on my windows are fine. Also, please give me a quote for replacement cost.

We'd be happy to help but we will need to see a photo of the attachment on the opposite end of the metal channel, as well as the stamp on your balance, to identify a replacement. Thank you!
No rush, whenever you're able to remove an undamaged balance, we'll be happy to determine the correct replacement for your window.
With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-28 or S385-28 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2730 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
