Channel Balance

Welcome to SWISCO.com, Keith. If your balance has those wings on the top plastic piece but none on the bottom piece, then you'd need a Series 395 balance. Measure the channel to pick a length. Usually "29 5" is a 30" balance, but that code doesn't mean very much, so we always check those details. Is your channel 30"? If so, S395-30 is the balance you would need.

The last step is to choose a weight option before ordering. Your old balance uses "29 5." We sell a "2950" option that is often equivalent to your option. Weigh your window sash to see if this is going to work for you, though. The 2950 is for window sashes between 28 to 32 pounds.
