Hello I have 2 windows that need new channel balances, the balance is 29" long, the only markings I can find on them are 03/11 UNIQUE 28-F-60. The windows measure 51 1/2 W X 31"H. Windows do not tilt, and are very heavy due to hurricane strength glass. I will need 4 channel Balances
Is there anything else I would need for this replacement

Thanks for writing in. Take a look at our S380-29 or S385-29. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. Your stamp code of 28-F may conform to our stamp option of 2860, which is for a window sash in the weight range of 32 through 35 lbs. Let us know if you have any other questions.
