Channel Balance

I purchased a pair of channel balances (S395-17 Option 1610) for a small non-tilt window manufactured by PGT. The S395 style is correct The existing channel balance is stamped 17 1 EW CMC 4. I wrongly interpreted the code to mean 17 inch and the 1 to signify the lightest load class but the balance measures 18 inch. Can you advise if the right part number to reorder is S395-18 Option 1710? Thanks

I'm not sure I understand your question. It sounds like you already picked out the right part number, which is the S395-18. Can you go into more detail as to exactly what you wanted to know?

Tom. Thanks for the quick reply. I just wanted to be sure I had the correct part before I placed another order as I misinterpreted the stamping the first time I ordered.
