I believe I need the 28" series 351 2730, except my channel balance top guide have wings (that is if I am looking at it correctly). Thanks.

If your top guide has wings, then you may have our Series 395 instead. This has a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting. Double check your measurements to see if this might be a better fit.
