This looks like our Series 795 channel balance, but I'll need a bit more information before we go any further. For starters, can you remove the T-lock shoe and show us? We'll need to see the front and back of the shoe, specifically. Keep in mind, these balances install using a screw, not a hook. If your balance does use a hook to install, please let us know.
