Channel Balance

Question

Hi, need balances for my other window.  You already recommend some replacement for some of the windows and it worked beautifully.  the number on the balance are 26 4 BO Caldwell and 20 4 AD Caldwell.  thank you.

Hey there, thanks for reaching out!

It looks like you have either the S380-21 with a 1" shoe or the S385-21 with a 1-3/32" shoe. As well as the S380-27 or the S385-27.

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Let me know if it does not match either measurement.

You'll need to select the 2040 stamp for the 21" balance and the 2640 stamp for the 27" balance.
