I am the owner of the town house and I want to repair my windows. I need your help for change the windows balance and the Top Sash Guides.
The windows balance dimension is :
- 29inch leng (without Balance top and balance shoes) or 30 inch for the full balance system.
- 1/2" Width
- I can see one inscription on it : 28B USB

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-29 or S385-29 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2820 spring strength options for your replacements based on your 28B stamp.
As for the top sash guide, take a look and compare the dimensions of the 18-180 to yours, which appears to be a match. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
