Channel Balance

Thanks for your post! The window balance you have here is a tilt window spiral balance. You'll need either the 5/8" S600-18 or the 3/8" S900-18. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe.

If you are in need of the pivot shoe, I'll need to see a photo of the existing shoe, removed from the window. I've included a few video tutorials below. They provide instructions for removing/installing the shoes.
